I’m going to put links to the recipes here in an effort to make them easier to find.

Ambrosia – heaven on a spoon, none of your nasty tinned mandarins here!

Anzac Caramel Slice – gooey crunchy goodness

Apricot Marmalade – this is good stuff, has a hint of pineapple too

Armenian Nutmeg Cake – this is probably my all time fave cake

Beef, Bacon and Mushroom Ragu – warm and hearty for winter

Beetroot and Carrot Salad – colourful, crunchy and good for any time of year

Cappuccino Date Slice – great combination of flavours here

Cathedral Window Cake – so pretty and not just for Christmas

Chicken and dumpling soup – asian flavours and light, for quick delicious light dinners

Chicken with balsamic – rich and tangy – great when friends come for dinner

Citrus Slice – so bad, and yet so good

Chocolate Crinkle Cookies – once made – well they are never once made

Chocolate Coffee Cake (Mrs Harbrows) – easy to make and a really big cutting cake.

Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding – microwave version – it’s good.

Chocolate Yum Yums – like an afghan biscuit – but crunchier and lighter.  Yum!

Christmas Balls – Sophie’s Surprises Toffee Pop Truffles, Minty Goodness Truffles

Cinnamon Oysters – light, fluffy and totally moreish. Quick to make too!

Cream Cheese and Pink Peppercorn Spread – Easy as and people love it!

Creamy Chicken Curry – the weird sounding combination of pasta and curry really works!

Creamy Lentil & Vegetable soup – warmy winter wonderfulness

Feijoa Cake – gorgeous, moist and yummy.  Kind of like a cake size muffin on steroids

Ginger biscuits – crunchy spicy and really easy

Gingerbread – warming, hearty and delicious

Hearty Ginger Wine Casserole – beef casserole to warm your cockles on a wintery night

Herb and Cheese Mini Muffins – tiny and tasty these are yum

Holiday Hotcake with Eggnog Cream – not as disgusting as it sounds

Hummingbird Cake – my friend Ross’s special occasion cake, easy, moist and very good

Golden Sausages – kids and men love it I’m told!

Green Mayonnaise – anoint your potato salad with it – or anything else you fancy

Kumara Spiced soup – warming. spiced, delicious

Lemon Curd and Lemon Parfait – Oh you lemony goodness

Lemon Loaf (with crunchy topping) – easy and delicious

Lesley’s Fabulous Fruity Puffs – make them for someone lovely

Lime and White Chocolate brownie – ooooo yum

Louise Cake – it is called super douper louise cake, because it really is

Melting Moments – biscuits from heaven.  Like actually!

Mince and Potato Easy Dinner – for one of those nights, you know the ones.

Miriam’s Amazing Make it in a Roasting Dish Chocolate Cake – it is blimmin big and blimmin yum

Oaty Chocolate Chip Biscuits – these cookies are delicious and so easy to whip up

Pear Ginger Muffins – easy as, and great for lunchboxes and a quick treat

Potato Soup – this is seriously delicious and really easy

Quince Cup Cakes – for when you have a quince paste oversupply

Rhubarb and Date Cake – Tastes like spring, easy and delicious

Roasted Vegetable Soup – delicious!

Salted Caramel Sauce – for ice cream, for bananas and ice cream for anything. So good.

Savoury Scones (with a nod to Starfish Cafe and Ruth Pretty) great to take for lunch

Schaumann Scone Pie – our family fave – get your mince and make your scone. Mmmmm

Smoked Salmon and Truffle Oil – with or without the oil this is the stuff of dreams

Spicy Green Dipping Sauce – use it on everything, it is awesome

Sun-dried Tomato Pesto – walnutty goodness, Tessa’s fave

Thai Chicken Salad – genuinely Thai, recipe from my friend Rosalba

Tomato Kasundi – oh so spicy on your sausages!

Tomato and Potato Bake – delicious good for a vegetarian meal

Tomato and rice bake – my Mum’s recipe

Tomato Tart – take it everywhere, people will love you.  And it’s vegetarian

Tuna and lemon pasta – fresh, great for one or more and so easy

White Cake – a big celebration cake which tastes amazing
